Shipping costs include logistics handling, postage, packaging, and transportation of products. The value depends on the place of shipment and the total amount of the order. The value is automatically calculated based on the value and type of products that are added to the shopping cart, the value will appear once the purchase is finished.
For orders destined for Andorra , the estimated delivery time is 1-2 days. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. In the case of placing your order on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday, the delivery period will begin to run from the following Monday, or from the next business day. For orders destined for Spain and Portugal, the delivery time is 1-3 days. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. If the product is cold , the transport will be € 25 (price included in the price of the product). For shipments to the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands , the postage is € 25, the maximum weight is 5Kg.
For orders destined for Europe, the delivery time is 7-10 days. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. In the case of placing your order on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday, the delivery period will begin to run from the following Monday, or from the next business day. If you want, you can place the order and pick it up at one of our pharmacies, at no additional cost. You just have to mark:pick up at the pharmacy, and indicate where you would pick up your order. In the event that you finally cannot come to pick up the order and it has to be shipped, the corresponding rate will be applied according to the destination country.
In the hypothetical case that there is a stock break or specific unavailability of the product, we will contact you immediately to communicate the new delivery period or, if it is not possible to serve said product, proceed to cancel the order and the refund of the amount. In any case, a delay in delivery with respect to the indicated deadlines will not entitle the customer to demand any compensation.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays, or on holidays.
