Antigen test to test for SARS-Cov2.

Results in 10-20 minutes.

Instructions:

  1. Wash your hands and open the self-test package.
  2. Remove the swab from the packaging, without touching it, by the side of the stick, not by the part that goes to the nose.
  3. Put the tip of the swab in a hole in the nose, insert about 1.5cm and gently rub along the walls.
  4. Do the same to the other nostril.
  5. Open the bottle with liquid, empty into the sample collection tube (it is like a test tube) and put the swab inside. Rotate the swab 5-10 times, so that it comes into contact with the reagent inside.
  6. Remove the swab, pressing the head of the same with the walls of the tube, to obtain more sample and cover the tube with the stopper that incorporates the bag.
  7. Rotate the tube and drop 3-4 drops from the stopper into the sample hole of the result reader.
  8. After 10-20 minutes, read and interpret the result.. Two stripes POSITIVE. A NEGATIVE line.

If the result is POSITIVE.

The user is legally obliged to isolate himself at home and only request time to carry out a confirmatory diagnostic test with TMA according to the official circuit, maintaining the legal situation of mandatory isolation until the final confirmation of the result. Once the positive result has been confirmed, the instructions of the Ministry of Health and the referring doctor must be followed.

If the result is NEGATIVE

It cannot be 100% concluded that the infection is not suffered and therefore it will be necessary to continue with strict compliance with the remaining precautionary measures to avoid contagion by Sars-Cov-2.

There is no limitation of sales units. But it must be proven that the client is Andorran, resident in Andorra or cross-border. When ordering, you must indicate the census number, the Andorran passport or the Andorran immigration card.

Shipping costs include logistics handling, postage, packaging, and transportation of products. The value depends on the place of shipment and the total amount of the order. If the product is cold , the transport will be 25 (price included in the price of the product).. For shipments to the Canary Islands the postage is 40, and for the Balearic Islands they are 255€ , in both cases the maximum weight is 5Kg.

For orders with destination Europe,  delivery time is 7-10 days. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. In the case of placing your order on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday, the delivery period will begin to run from the following Monday, or from the next business day. Shipping costs to France is 25 (0-5Kg) and for European Union countries it is 30 (0-5Kg).  

If you want, you can place the order and pick it up at one of our pharmacies, at no additional cost. You just have to mark: pick up at the pharmacy, and indicate where you would pick up your order. In the event that you finally cannot come to pick up the order and it has to be shipped, the corresponding rate will be applied according to the destination country.

In the hypothetical case that there is a stock break or specific unavailability of the product, we will contact you immediately to communicate the new delivery period or, if it is not possible to serve said product, proceed to cancel the order and the refund of the amount. In any case, a delay in delivery with respect to the indicated deadlines will not entitle the customer to demand any compensation.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays, or on holidays.
