For orders destined for Spain and Portugal, the delivery time is 1-3 days. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. If the product requires cold storage, the shipping cost will be 25€ from October to May and 35€ from June to September (in summer, we use insulated boxes to maintain the cold chain).
For shipments to the Canary Islands, the shipping cost is 30€, and for Balearic Islands, it is 25€, in both cases the maximum weight is 5Kg*.
*Regardless of weight and depending on the package size, some orders may be subject to evaluation.

If you prefer, you can place an order and pick it up at one of our pharmacies, at no additional cost. You just need to select: pick up at the pharmacy, and indicate which location you will pick up your order from. If you are unable to pick up the order and it needs to be shipped, the corresponding shipping fee according to the destination country will apply.
In the hypothetical case of a stock shortage or temporary unavailability of the product, we will contact you immediately to communicate the new delivery time or, if it is not possible to provide the product, proceed with the cancellation of the order and refund. In any case, a delay in delivery compared to the indicated deadlines does not entitle the customer to claim any compensation.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
